Kaylin Nicolette
Kaylin Anderson is a fine artist and graphic designer from Lafayette, Louisiana, whose hands are just as likely to be sketching as they are beadweaving. Her creative journey began over 14 years ago in Lafayette Parish’s selective TalentED Visual Arts program. Since then, her path has carried her through exhibitions, mixed-media explorations, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Communications from Kennesaw State University (Georgia).
After graduating in May 2025, Anderson returned home to Lafayette, where she began freelancing and collaborating with ARCHIVES Exhibitions, designing social media campaigns, print collateral, and more. Alongside her design work, Kaylin devotes time to the slow, meditative process of beadweaving, weaving wearable pieces one bead at a time. Today, her practice threads together fine art, design, and craft into a body of work that is both fluid and evolving.
